For physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathy clinics
You are with a patient for fifty minutes. Your enquiries are not waiting that long.
CourtDesk answers the questions people ask before they book, from what your own website already says. It never invents an answer. Anything it cannot answer it emails to you with the person’s address attached, so an enquiry at eleven at night is a name in your inbox at eight rather than somebody who moved on.
£60 a month. Setup included. Cancel any time.
Riverside Physiotherapy
Usually answers instantly
The second and third answers are the point. It does not have the diary and it does not pretend to, and the question it cannot answer becomes an enquiry with a name on it.
The questions that arrive while you are treating somebody
Every one of these is answerable from a page already on your website. None of them needs you.
- How much is a session?
- Do I need a GP referral?
- Do you treat sciatica?
- How soon can I be seen?
- Do you do home visits?
- Can I claim this on insurance?
- Where do I park?
- How many sessions will I need?
What it costs you to find out
Your numbers, not ours. We have no clinics live yet, so there is no average to quote and we are not going to invent one.
£60 divided by the value of a course of treatment. One patient a quarter covers it.
Your weekly figure across a year. Each one is somebody in pain who asked somebody else instead.
Against £720 a year. That is £8,380 to the good.
Every figure here is arithmetic on the three numbers above, which are yours to change. Nothing here is an average of anybody else’s, because a percentage you cannot check is worth nothing.
Three steps, about ten minutes
Give it your web address
It reads your site: your session prices, what you treat, your opening hours, whether a referral is needed, where to park. You check every answer before any of it goes live, and it only asks you about the things your website does not already say.
Paste one line into your website
A chat button appears in the corner, isolated from your site's design so it cannot conflict with it. You also get a shareable link, which works on a Google Business profile or an Instagram bio.
Read only what it could not answer
Everything else is handled without you. When it cannot answer, it says so plainly, asks for an email address and sends you the whole conversation. You get a name and a way to reach them, rather than a visitor who left.
Questions you might have
- Does it book appointments?
- No, and that is deliberate. It does not touch your diary or your practice management system. It answers the questions people ask before they book and then sends them to however you take bookings now.
- What stops it inventing an answer?
- It can only answer from the facts your clinic has published. Asked something outside those, it says it does not know and offers to pass the question on. That is the architecture rather than an instruction, which is why it holds.
- Is it safe for patient enquiries?
- It never gives clinical advice and never diagnoses. It handles the practical questions that come before an appointment: cost, availability, referrals, parking, what you treat. Anything clinical is passed to you with the person's contact details.
- What does it cost?
- £60 a month, with setting it up included because we do it for you. No contract and no minimum term, cancel from your own dashboard whenever you like.
- How long does it take to set up?
- About ten minutes, and we will do it for you at no charge. Give us your web address and we will send you a working version built from your own site, so you can judge the real thing before deciding anything.
Have one built for your clinic
Send us your web address and we will build a working version from your own site and send you the link. It takes about ten minutes, costs nothing, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If it is not useful we delete it the same day.
